Built by Dale Murphy, a shearer from Penola.

Dale spent the better part of 15 years shearing full-time, and the industry has been his life ever since. He knows what a long day on the board feels like, and what the paperwork looks like after it.

myGang is his way of giving back: a tool that takes the paper, the group texts and the end-of-week maths off contractors' plates, so the shed can get on with shearing. Every feature solves a real shed problem, because it was built by someone who's lived them.

Does it work with no signal in the shed?

Yes. Tallies are recorded offline and sync automatically when you're back in range.

Does it calculate pays?

Yes. myGang keeps a running total of pays and itemises different pay rates for every staff member between mobs, including mess and sundries. PAYE and KiwiSaver are done in your payroll.

Are NZ shearing rates in it?

Yes. Current NZ industry shearing and crutching rate lines are loaded per sheep with holiday pay included. Change any line to what you pay.

What can the farmer actually see?

Woolgrowers get their own access to the sheds they own, plus the timestamped whiteboard. They see progress and messages — not your pay or crew details.

Who built myGang?

A former shearer who spent years on the board and lived the paperwork. Every feature comes from real shed problems, not a boardroom.

How much does it cost?
